Notification of Acceptance
Wednesday, July 7, 2021
ISPE-ACPE13/KoPERM 28 in Seoul Korea, 13-15 October 2021 will be a hybrid scientific meeting allowing for either in-person, or online presentation of submitted research work.
Please read all information on this page before submitting your abstract.
Oral Presentation: 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes questions). In-person presenters will deliver their oral presentation live from the podium. Presenters who are unable to attend in-person will be required to pre-record a 10-minute presentation and attend virtually for audience questions. The on-site technology will allow for both in-person and virtual attendees to ask questions of the presenters. Consideration will be given to the country and location of speakers when scheduling them in the program.
Poster Presentation: In-person presenters will print an A0 (1189 mm high x 841 mm wide) size poster to display in the poster gallery and must be in attendance at their poster at a specific time to discuss with interested attendees. In-person presenters may also choose to submit an e-Poster presentation.
e-Poster Presentation: Virtual attendees will prepare a 3-minute pre-recorded presentation with 3 slides. Pre-recorded e-Poster presentations will be available for conference delegates to view at their convenience through the conference website.
Spotlight Posters: A number of notable printed posters will be pre-selected for the Spotlight Poster Session. These poster presenters will be invited to deliver a 3-minute oral description of their work in English, followed by audience discussions moderated by a senior ISPE member. No slides can be used in describing the work, and the 3-minute time limit will be strictly enforced. Successful presenters will be notified on Monday, August 30, 2021.
